Sessions

Master the Art of the Mat

From foundational drills for our “Little Wrestlers” to high-intensity technical clinics for senior competitors, our programs are designed to scale with your skill level. We offer specialised coaching in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman disciplines.

Entry-Level Session

Perfect for beginners and younger wrestlers, this session focuses on the fundamental mechanics of the sport. We place a heavy emphasis on building coordination, flexibility, and basic technical movements in a high-energy, supportive environment. It’s about falling in love with the mat while learning the basics of balance and discipline.

Advanced Session

Designed for the competitive athlete, these sessions run twice a week and dive deep into high-level tactical wrestling. Here, we refine explosive take-downs, complex defensive chains, and match strategy. It is a rigorous 90-minute grind intended for those ready to test their limits and prepare for provincial and national-level competition.
